What you provide

When you submit an order request, the form asks for your name, phone number, delivery address and city. Email, recipient name, delivery instructions and notes are optional. Your requested items, quantities and any product customization choices are also included. Please avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information into free-text fields.

Why it is used

The site saves the request with a reference number so Gift Affairs can review the items and contact you about pricing, availability and delivery. No online payment is collected here. A saved request is not an automatically confirmed order.

Where information goes

Orders are stored in the site’s database and shown in its protected admin dashboard. Production hosting uses Vercel and the configured Turso/libSQL database. The browser stores your bag locally on your device. An order confirmation may be kept briefly in that browser session so you can see the reference and an optional WhatsApp message. If you choose to send that message, WhatsApp processes what you send under its own terms; the prefilled message includes the reference, items, selected options, estimated amounts, name and city, but not the full delivery address.

Security and measurement

Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Basic request and login throttling records attempt counts and expiry times to limit abuse. Hosting providers may also maintain operational request logs. This release does not load Google Analytics or advertising trackers; if measurement is added later, this notice and any required consent choices must be updated first.

Questions or corrections

Customer details are used to process and fulfill orders. Contact the store for privacy inquiries.

For a question about your saved request, a correction, or a request about your information, contact Gift Affairs with your order reference. A fixed retention or deletion period has not been published; the owner should confirm that policy before promising one.
